NIANIA

The recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22 shocked the entire nation. Several innocent tourists lost their lives, while many others were injured. Now, the case has taken a new turn as the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Jammu & Kashmir Police have detained the zip line operator for questioning.

Did the Zip Line Operator Know About the Attack in Advance?

A viral video from the attack site showed the zip line operator repeatedly shouting “Allahu Akbar” as gunfire erupted. Shockingly, every time bullets were fired, he chanted the same slogan. This raises serious questions:

  • Did he have prior knowledge of the attack?
  • Was he collaborating with the terrorists?
  • Did he intentionally send people on the zip line, making them easy targets?

The NIA and J&K Police are interrogating him to uncover the truth behind this possible conspiracy.

Eyewitness Account: A Survivor’s Harrowing Experience

Meanwhile, Rishi Bhatt, a tourist who was on the zip line during the attack, shared his horrifying experience. He described how he lost loved ones and narrowly escaped death.

Rishi recalled:
“I was on the zip line when I saw people being shot below. My wife was standing there, and right in front of her, two people were killed after being asked about their religion. I jumped off the zip line, grabbed my wife and child, and ran for cover. We hid in a ditch where others were already sheltering. Once the firing slowed, we fled and were rescued by the Indian Army.”

Strong Action Needed

This attack not only highlights the brutality of terrorism but also raises concerns about possible local collaborators aiding such assaults. The NIA’s investigation will be crucial in exposing the full truth.

The government and security forces must take stricter measures to prevent such attacks in the future. National security and civilian lives must remain our top priority.
